Energy +10 Cold dmg: 11-22 (req 9 Water Magic) Halves casting time of spells (Chance:10%) Halves recharge time of Water Magic spells (Chance:20%) Energy +5 Dmg+20% (vs. Trolls) Is this worth selling with +30 on it or would it be better to put +20% enchantment on it as mostly E/Mo's will be using it. 20% On snares and 10% casting time on Aegis and Heal Party etc, hehe.
